Pool Safety Fence Subscription Terms, Conditions & Limitations

1. Service Area

   Subscription services are available within a 30-mile radius of zip code 73114. Properties outside this area may be serviced at an adjusted rate and additional travel fee, subject to approval.

2. Billing & Commitment

   Plans are billed monthly and require a minimum 12-month commitment. Plans automatically renew unless canceled with 30 days written notice.

3. Scheduling & Access

   All services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Homeowner must ensure safe and clear access to the pool area. Missed or inaccessible appointments may count as a service visit.

4. Removal & Reinstallation Services

   Includes up to 4 removal and reinstall services per calendar year. Additional services beyond this allotment will be billed at the standard service rate.

5. Inspections & Maintenance

   Bi-annual inspections include basic system checks and minor adjustments. Does not include major repairs, replacements, or upgrades unless covered under a higher-tier plan.

6. Damage & Replacement (Fortress Plan Only)

   Covers replacement of up to 3-4 fence sections per year due to accidental damage. Excludes damage caused by construction, alterations, or misuse.

7. Priority Service (Fortress Plan Only)

   Priority scheduling is provided for urgent repairs or reinstalls. Same-day service is not guaranteed and is based on availability.

8. Non-Transferable Plan

   Plans are tied to the property address and installed system and are not transferable without approval.

9. System Alterations

   Any modifications by a third party may void portions of the subscription coverage.

10. Cancellation Policy

    Early cancellation may result in a fee equal to the remaining balance or a flat service fee, whichever is less.

11. Weather & Safety Delays

    Services may be delayed due to weather or safety concerns.
